SHOW NOT SHOW at Design Biennale Rotterdam exhibiting Form Editions Collectible Design Objects

Form Editions designers Frank Penders, Marc Meeuwissen, and Lucas Zito are showcasing their work at Design Biennale Rotterdam with the exhibition SHOW NOT SHOW.
The Exhibition: SHOW NOT SHOW
After the success of SHOW NOT SHOW at Dutch Design Week 2024, the group exhibition returns, this time as part of the first edition of Design Biennale Rotterdam. This ten-day showcase explores the meaning of design today and provides a platform for innovative, collectible design. Three of the designer who are also with Form Editions are showcasing their work.
SHOW NOT SHOW invites you into the world of makers, where the focus is not only on the final product but also on the creative process itself. This exhibition reveals how ideas emerge, develop, and come to life. Expect an immersive experience where observation and engagement merge.
The Designers
Frank Penders combines his experience as a photographer, metal worker and civil engineer. A strong combination of aesthetic, conceptual, hands-on and technical qualities that he uses to design to the purest shapes.
Designer Marc Meeuwissen (Dear Objects) takes over the tool from the craftsman in the series of functional objects entitled ‘BRUTALISTA’. More specifically, the handsaw.
Lucas Zito, a designer specializing in lighting, translucency, and the interplay of scale. He does in-depth study of ecological and recyclable materials combined with new technologies.
