Your details
Please make sure you provide us with a correct shipping address and a phone number that we can reach you on, so that we can get in touch in case of problems. If there are any specific details regarding your location, please provide those so we can inform our logistics partner.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and size of the item and your location. By default the shipping crate is included in the price of the object, but in some cases we will have to charge a separate fee. This will be clearly communicated at check-out, and you will not be charged an extra fee after payment.
In some cases you will have to pay incoming taxes on our objects, depending on your location. We try to minimise this from happening, but we can not always avoid this. Please note that in the case of any extra taxes or importing duties, we do not reimburse these costs.
Shipping, delivery & damages
It is your responsibility to check and determine your full ability to receive the products you have ordered. This includes ensuring that the products ordered will be able to fit through doorways and passageways and that there are no other issues that may make delivery prohibitively complicated or impossible. It is your responsibility to provide us with clear written details of any difficulty to access any part of your delivery site (this includes raised levels, any stairs, no access to lifts or elevators, delivery dock, loading times, etc) prior to delivery. We reserve the right to charge additional costs that arise for unusual access not advised in writing prior to shipping. Form Editions will take care of all shipments with chosen logistics partners, unless the buyer specifies otherwise.
Delivery times will be communicated once the order is ready for dispatch. All orders must be paid in full before being released from their shipping location. We ship from multiple international locations, which are always listed on the product pages as an indication. The shipping departure location can change at all times, without written notice. Transit times are beyond our control.
Our shipping provider will deliver the collectible design piece to the address as mentioned, within the lead time provided on the product page. The buyer agrees that the address of delivery entered at the check out page is correct. Any damages must be noted. The shipping provider covers a single delivery at ground level during normal weekday delivery hours. Customers are responsible for checking that all orders are in original condition within 48 hours of delivery. Any shipments returned as a result of buyer’s unexcused delay or failure to accept delivery will require the buyer to pay all additional costs incurred, including storage fees. Damages occurring in-transit and delivery must be noted within 48 hours of delivery. If the customer selects their own freight carrier, freight claims must be filed directly with the selected carrier. Form Editions is not responsible for a customer’s own or third-party freight damage and claim
Lead times
We provide an estimated delivery time for each product on the specific product pages. Please note that these are estimates and can be subject to change. Lead times can be affected by many factors, including but not limited to, extra busy periods (for example in the lead up to holidays), disruptions in global distribution and supply chains, delays that are connected to your location, customs clearance and more.
Since we work with artists, designers and artisans, production often happens in small quantities, so it can happen an object is not readily available in stock. If this is the case we will get in touch immediately and try to work out a delivery plan with you, to ensure it works for you. If the delay is too long, we will refund you the full amount.
